2. General Terms of Payment
Prices are only valid after the customer has signed the general reseller agreement. After their reservation by the registries they will be billed for the correspondant billing period.
At the moment we can only accept direct debiting payment. The customer authorizes Schlund Technologies GmbH to collect due payments from his bank account indicated for payment purposes.
If no payment or incomplete payment for one or all domains is made by the end of the official payment period, the customer will automatically be in default of payment. After sending explicit reminders and deadlines with no result, Schlund Technologies has the right to completely block the client´s access to the system. Re-access to the account will only be granted after all due payments have been made to Schlund Technologies.
The period of notice for cancellation of domains is set one month previous to the next billing period. If a domain is deleted before the end of the running billig period, no payments will be returned.
In case your registration was unprocessable or is denied by the registry or issuing agency, the customer will only be charged costs which have been passed on to Schlund Technologies through these respective agencies.
